NIGERIA IS SINKING!

Somehow, I have a strong feeling that Nigeria as a country is going to sink. This feeling is very very strong. However, somehow, that doesn't seem to be the problem. The greatest problem is that there seems not to be ANYTHING we can do about it! Is it going back to the drawing board? There is no board or blueprint to go back to. Is it re-valueing our VALUES (that has been swallowed by greed and the worship of money) that has no foundation? Somebody may call me a pessimist; but the dreadful truth is staring us in the face - Nigeria is sinking! So, what do we do? To tell you the Truth, I DON'T KNOW! Maybe, we should allow Her to sink. (did you say I'm crazy?) Maybe, out of the ashes of the ruin a new Nigeria will emerge free from the old vices - corruption, Greed, Wickedness, Babagida, Obasanjo, Alamesiege and all others.
Do you have the solution to Nigeria's problems -apart from writing cynical comments? If you do, please, lets us read it or hear it.

Nigeria is not sunk yet, so there is hope! Its tough to stay upbeat about Nigeria, we all know that. But the moment we give up its a done deal.

Nigerians need to look out for themselves and the country in general. Government-this government-that idea won't fly. We need a paradigm shift in our thinking, in the way we do things.

A comment on the post you read and commented on Grandiose Parlor says "the future of Nigeria lies not with Nigerians living in Nigeria now, nor with Nigerians in Diaspora. The fusion of the two is key to Nigeria success as a Nation. Nigeria is incomplete and will remain unbalanced until the two come together."

I agree with this assertion, do you?

I feel you on this one men. Nigeria needs help and its frustrating not knowing where to start. I mean think about it: do we (as concerned Nigeians) start with the ethnic disparity, corruption....?
