A CRY FOR HELP!

Why is my country always getting into the NEWS for the wrong reasons.
Initially, it was endless military coups. Then, it graduated to communal clashes. Much later, we witnessed religious crises- muslims against christians ( for any flimsy excuse... it could be the hosting of beauty pageant or the selling of pork meat in the market).
Nigeria became very famous ( she still is) for advance fee fraud- a.k.a 419. However, air-planes crashing and killing nearly every body aboard is a new development:
Oct 22, 2005 - A Nigerian Bellview Airlines Boeing 737-200 airliner with 111 passengers and six crew crashes shortly after take off from Lagos in Lissa, about 30 km (20 miles) north of Lagos. All aboard were killed.
Dec 10, 2005 - A Nigerian Sosoliso Airlines flight from Abuja carrying 110 passengers and crew crashes on landing in the oil city of Port Harcourt and bursts into flames, killing 103. Seven people survived the crash, the cause of which was unknown.

This is one plane crash too many. The aviation industry should tell Nigerians what is happening to local flights. Within a period of two months, two local flights have crashed killing nearly two hundred and thirty people. (the figures are always conflicting).
The government should do something fast about airplanes that are too old to fly. Otherwise...
